ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR STEPS 1-3

Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by the first day of school, Aug 7th, 2023

​

STEP 1: 

1. Register from home on the CCSD website at register.ccsd.net. You must have an active personal email account.

2. Write down the confirmation number when you have completed the online registration.

 

STEP 2:

Please bring the following into Derfelt's office.

a. the confirmation number from your CCSD online registration (see above)

b. a copy of your power, water, gas or trash bill that shows the service address, name and date of service so that we may verify your address.       

• Power: NV Energy

• Water: Las Vegas Valley Water District

• Gas: Southwest Gas

• Trash: Republic Services

All utility bills can be obtained from their individual websites.​

If your child(ren) is/are new to CCSD then please also bring in the following: 

​​

• your child's original birth certificate/passport

• parent driver's license/passport

• child's current immunization/shot records

For proof of immunizations, you must have records indicating that your child has had, or at least started, this series of immunizations:​

• 5 DPT shots *

• 4 Polio shots *

• 2 MMR shots

• 2 Hepatitis A shots

• 3 Hepatitis B shots

• 2 Chickenpox (Varicella) shots or doctor's note with date that your child contracted Chickenpox.

​​* Note: One dose of DPT and polio must be on or after the child's fourth birthday.
