Registration 2023-2024
Online registration is now open to attend Derfelt Elementary School for the 2023-2024 school year. Please follow the steps below to register your child(ren) for school. Please note that online registration is now open for all families new to the Clark County School District (CCSD) AND for all families that currently have a child that is attending a CCSD school. CCSD requires completion of online registration and proof of residency for every student every year. Class placement for the 2023-2024 school year will NOT be sent out if online registration is not completed. Please complete the following steps in order.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR STEPS 1-3
STEP 1:
1. Go to campus.ccsd.net/campus/portal to complete the online registration. After you login, click on More on the bottom left, then click on Online Registration PARENTS ONLY. You will need your child's student ID number. If you do not have a parent portal account or you cannot remember your password, please call (702)799-4370 and they will assist you.
If you are new to CCSD, see Families New to the Clark County School District below.
2. Make sure that you add any new students.
3. Write down the confirmation number when you have completed the online registration.
STEP 2:
1. Complete a Google Form for EACH Derfelt student: https://forms.gle/GLqRrVnSYK4BAJCD7
The last question on this Google Form ask you to provide a current bill for proof of address. For 1st-5th in state students: You may upload it into the Google Form or
2. Send an email to derfeltregistration@nv.ccsd.net with a current bill that shows the service address, name and date of service. You can take a picture on your phone and upload the image. Please make sure the image is clear. Utility bills can only be from:

3. Kindergarten and Out of State Students: Please bring these documents directly to Derfelt's school office.
4. New students, you will need to bring to the office or email derfeltregistration@nv.ccsd.net their birth certificate, current shot record and parent ID.
STEP 3:
1. Fill in the Teacher Qualities & Traits Form if you have a special request regarding your child's (next year) classroom/teacher. Please

For proof of immunizations, you must have records indicating that your child has had, or at least started, this series of immunizations:
